In the next couple months, DSG will be implimenting a large-scale version of our War Affected Families Protection and Empowerment Program in Cairo in collaboration with a large, well-respected Egyptian NGO. As of October 2025, we have been approved for a one-year, large scale project in Egypt by the Ministry of Social Solidarity in collaboration with an Egyptian NGO. With the additional staff and resources, we are able to offer currently displaced and newly incoming families the following support:

• Rental relief
• Food vouchers to local supermarkets
• Hygiene kits
• Trauma-informed psychological support sessions
• Group Empowerment Sessions
• Family fun and Community Building Days
