Cash Grant Assistance to Stranded Palestinian Families in Egypt Intervention

The intervention sought to alleviate immediate economic hardships, enabling families to meet essential needs like food, shelter, and healthcare. By providing direct cash assistance, the intervention empowers these families to make autonomous decisions, stabilizing their social and economic conditions amidst displacement.

Procurement of Home Appliances and Furniture to Meet Minimum Living and Shelter Standards for Palestinian Families in Egypt

The intervention aimed to enhance living conditions for eight Palestinian families by providing essential home appliances and furniture. This support helped meet minimum living and shelter standards, ensuring families have the necessary items to create a stable and functional home environment amidst their displacement.

War Affected Families Protection and Empowerment Program 

This was a 5 month program wherein 43 families received rent relief, food supplementation in the form of food vouchers to major supermarket chains, hygiene kits, and apartment essentials such as fridges, stoves, mattresses, fans, water filters, and washers.

We are looking to implement this program 3 more times in 2025 for 40 families (120 total) and are currently fundraising for it. 

Laptop Access Program with Thaki 

This program seeks to distribute about 50 laptops in collaboration with Thaki as a way to facilitate online and offline (using the Thaki software) for stranded Gazan students in Cairo
